重庆乌江·龚滩旅游度假区 环保观光车运营公告尊敬的各位游客朋友：
为保障观光车运行安全和规范管理，方便游客出行，为游客
提供更好更舒适的旅游服务，现将观光车运营相关事项公告如下：
一、运营时间
1.白天运营时间：8:30—17:30
2.晚间运营时间：17:30—20:30
3.节假日运营时间：待定
二、运营模式
1.环保观光车在没有游客乘车的情况下南北门乘车点 30 分钟
分别发车一班。
2.环保观光车发车时间为坐满即走、未达到满载情况下以乘客
到乘车点时间为准（10 分钟内发车）。
三、运行线路
1.线路一：北门游客中心→北门码头→滨江路→南门码头→南
门游客中心。
2.线路二：南门游客中心→南门码头→滨江路→北门码头→北
门游客中心。
四、运营票价
1.环保观光车白天车票为：2 元/人，单乘单次有效（1.2 米以
下儿童免票）。
2.环保观光车晚间运营期间以包车 20 元/车次（每车每次限乘
10 人（含 10 人）。
五、服务预约
本公司提供环保观光车游客接驳服务。如需服务，请致电调
度中心 023-75359678 进行预约服务，收费标准：
1.快捷呼车服务：乘客要求车辆即时调度发车，按 20 元/车次
收费。每车次限乘 10 人（含 10 人）。
2.常规调度服务：乘客未要求即时发车，调度中心将在接到预
约电话后 10 分钟内安排车辆发车接驳，按 2 元/人收费（1.2 米以
下儿童免票），每车次限乘 10 人（含 10 人）。
3.计费说明：该费用涵盖单程接驳服务（从指定上车点至指定
下车点）。
六、服务承诺
对于常规调度服务，本公司承诺自接到有效电话预约起，10
分钟内安排车辆出发执行接驳任务。实际抵达时间受路况等因素
影响。服务预约以成功拨打调度电话 023-75359678 并明确告知用
车需求（含人数、上车地点及是否要求快捷发车）后生效。
